Do you offer discounts when customers buy multiple lessons at once?
Yes, I offer reduced rates on 5-lesson and 10-lesson packages. Just contact me for pricing on those larger packages!
Will my lessons expire if I don't use them right away?
You have as long as you need to take advantage of your lessons. There is no expiration date on them.
What if I don't want any feedback on grammar, word choice, or body language, but only on pronunciation and intonation?
I let you decide what level of feedback you want to receive. If you only want feedback on particular aspects of your project, I will limit my instruction accordingly.
What hours are you available?
I am available Monday through Friday, and my hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).
How long does it take to receive the results from my Mini Accent Assessment??
You will have the results of your assessment within 1-2 business days.
